So this is my everyday makeup regime - something that's quick and easy to wear when I wake up late for a lecture and in a hurry!
Seventeen Maximum Volume Mascara
Apocalips lip lacquer in Celestial
Sleek i-Divine eye-shadow palette in Au Naturel
Sleek Brow Kit in Dark
Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer in Soft Beige
Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation in Soft Beige
Leighton Denney base and top coat nail polish in One For All
Barry M nail polish in Spring Green
I started off with using my Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation which everyone raves about! I've been using this product for quite a long time now and I can say that I've never found a foundation which matches this one. It's so beautiful, shimmery and summery and it just does what it says on the tin (well bottle) and it wakes you up!
I like to keep my eyes simple and natural so I used Sleek i-Divine palette. I put the darker Bask colour on the outside of my eye and in the crease. The colour Taupe is more metallic so I blended this in the inside of my eye. I also blended Bask under my eye because this really suits blue eyes. Then, I just used my favourite mascara - the Maximum Volume Mascara by Seventeen... seriously everyone needs to buy this; it is incredible, it never clumps and it only £4.69. I used the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer to cover up the bags under my eyes. This concealer is perfect for under-eyes as it's shimmery, but I would never use it on blemishes as it can highlight them instead. I usually don't fill in my brows that often as I have a full fringe and it tends to hide my (awful) eyebrows. But i did use the Sleek Brow Kit which is brilliant. It comes with a wax to fill in your brows as well as a setting powder to put on top so they look really natural. Not to mention the kit comes with two mini brushes which are surprisingly good!
You all know how much I love my Rimmel Apocalips. It's such a lovely consistency, beautiful colours and they stay on all day! I decided to go for a brighter colour as my eyes are so natural so I'm wearing Celestial.
I also wore my favourite polish at the moment (and no, surprisingly it's not a pastel shade). It's actually this gorgeous bright green from Barry M. Nothing really beats Barry M and the quality of their polishes for the price. I also used my Leighton Denney base because my nails are horrible and extremely damaged!
So here is my finished make-up look for today!
Becky
